To provide the debug logs:

Sometimes, standard log files do not provide enough information or detail to diagnose or resolve your issue, and Avast Business technical support may request debug logs. Here are the steps to enable debug logs:

1. Log in to your Avast Business console
2. Duplicate the settings template for the machine causing the problem and rename the new settings template: Debug Logging
3. Go to Device settings > click on the settings template Debug Logging > General Settings > Tick the box Enable debug logging
4. Click on Apply the changes (top right).
5. Apply this settings template to the machine causing the problem.
6. Run the Avast installation package on this computer, then restart it.
7. Then follow the instructions above to retrieve the logs from the machine causing the problem and send them to us.
8. Finally, replace the settings template Debug Logging using its standard parameter model, and then Restart this machine.
